Condition - Problem/symptom customer has presented to us.

Cause - Here is where we do our part and find out what is causing your Problem/symptom.

Correct - We inform you what we have found, give an estimate for repairs. This Correction stage is crucial, without a proper diagnosis you cannot take care of the Condition.

Confirm - Another very crucial step, if not the biggest. We will not return your vehicle to you without a confirmed correction of your condition.
